Our Weight Loss Program
Weight loss is a multi-faceted problem for many Americans, with physical, mental and emotional components. We all know what we should eat and that we should exercise, but something seems to get in the way of our success.
That's where hypnosis comes in. Hypnosis can help remove the mental and emotional blocks that seem to sabotage our best efforts. Here, at Hypnotic Healings, we offer a weight loss plan that will help remove the layers of self-sabotage by focusing in on forgiveness, releasing negativity, building self esteem, and improving sleep, in addition to offering support with suggestions for maintaining good nutrition and exercise.
Sessions (not listed in any particular order) include:

- Feeling the Goal Accomplished: Visualize yourself at your goal weight. By creating this subconscious image of yourself thinner, this will serve as a motivating factor to help you exercise more and eat better.
- Changing eating patterns and moving body more: Receive suggestions to eat better and move their bodies more.
- Finding the Cause:What caused the pattern of self-sabotage in the first place? We will find out what need wasn't being met and another, better way to fill up that void. *
- Emotional Eating: You will receive suggestions for better ways of coping with stress and negative emotions than turning to food.
- Improving Self Esteem: You will begin to focus attention on your strengths, rather than your weaknesses, so that they can feel better about themselves.
- Body image appreciation: By improving your mental image of your body through hypnosis, you will begin to show more respect for it.
- Food aversion: You will be given suggestions to stay away from sweets, fried, and fattening foods. You'll be amazed at how well this works!
- Inner Child: It's difficult for many of us to take good care of ourselves because we are so often focused on the needs of others. After this session, you will begin to take care of yourself as if you were your own precious child. *
- Increasing metabolism: This is a great visualization to help your body speed up the metabolism, so your body can work harder to eliminate unneeded calories.
- Moderation: Receive suggestions to feel satisfied when eating small portions and good about leaving food on their plates.
- Resistance: Hitting a wall when in your weight loss program? Tap into the source of resistance to find out why and see if there is another way to appease the resistance so you can achieve your goal.
- Releasing the old, gaining inner strength and confidence: We will be letting go of some of the old labels, like “fat,” “ugly” and “not good enough” and replace them with new labels, like “thin,” “beautiful” and “good.”
- Sabotage No More!: Discover the layers of self-sabotage through hypnosis, and receive guidance on how to put it at rest for good! *
- Empowerment, connection and comfort: You will be reminded of a time in your life when you were very empowered and successful. We will explore how you accomplished those goals and apply those strategies to the goal of losing weight.
- Stress release: You will visualize and feel the big stressors in their lives just fading away, so you can relax better.
- Releasing negativity: You will release negative triggers in hypnosis, then learn better ways of managing their negative emotions—ways of getting that negative energy out of their system.
- Better sleep: A full night’s sleep helps the body burn more fat, so you will be given suggestions to sleep more soundly and release stress before going to bed.
- Higher Self: Tap into the more intuitive and insightful part of yourself and strengthen your connection to the divine. Doing so will help you make better decisions that respect your body as a divine temple.
